Before weighting the Fitti and the Laurier, I squeezed the excess water out.

When I squeezed the Fitti, there was no water out, but the hardened absorbent tried to break the sides of the diaper and tried to come out; therefore, I stopped squeezing because it will not happen in real use.

After removing the excess water, the total weight:
Laurier 40 cm - 170 g
Fitti New Born - 450 g

The Fitti can hold 2x of water than the Laurier, but the price of Fitti is only 0.26x of the Laurier !!!

For the absorbent, I do think you will use the Fitti to replace the Laurier; however, you can see the design of the absorbent area of the Laurier, there are several small "hills" at the center. Since I am a man, I cannot make sure the effectiveness of this design for the girls. If you are a girl, it is worth trying it yourself because of money saving.

I found the quality of the Goodnites improved, the elastic waist band keeps the pull-up in place better, the absorbent remains the same shape after pee and the absorbency is also increased, I can pee at least 2 times without leak when I was sitting on my office chair.

I would recommend Goodnites now and I prefer Goodnites to Tena Discreet Pants. If you need a pull-up, try Goodnites first !

However, I will not try peeing in bed with pull-up because peeing is different from real incontinence.

Update: I have just found that the Goodnites moisturised my office chair and when I squeezed the pull-up outer cover, I felt wetness.

Goodnites & Laurier 40cm sanitary napkin

I found the sanitary napkin in Hong Kong becomes longer and longer, it is very similar to the incontinence pad; therefore, I bought one pack in order to study it thoroughly.

The Laurier 40cm long sanitary napkin costs me HK$ 13.9 per pack or HK$ 4.7 per sanitary napkin.

At the same time, I bought the Goodnites pull-ups for HK$ 45.9 per pack or HK$ 5.1 per pull-up.

Actually, I tried the Goodnites pull-ups long ago; however, I did not take any photos and stopped me sharing it with you.

This time, I would like to find out:

1. Can Sanitary Napkin replace the incontinence pad for day-time use by light incontinent people ?
   
2. Can baby diaper replace the "Long" Sanitary Napkin ? ( I can only test the absorbence because I am a man !)

The "Long" Sanitary Napkin is very expensive, the price is much higher than that of a new born size baby diaper. If the baby diaper can do the same thing and teenage pull-up can do much better, why not use the baby diaper or even use the teenage pull-up at night ?

If you would like to try the Japanese adult disposable diaper, this is a good choice because each diaper is packed separately; therefore, you can try the Japanese design / quality before buying a big pack of Attends / Nepia.
